Nikhil Chopra – (Partner)
Nikhil brings decades of hospitality expertise, working with top hotels and restaurant brands across India in kitchen design, F&B development, and operations. His portfolio includes leading properties like Shatam Jeeva, The Manor Shimla, ITC Fortune Aligarh, Ramada Gangtok, and Aahana Corbett, along with brands such as Pirates of Grill and The Ancient Barbeque. A chef turned strategist, he continues to strengthen hospitality through efficient systems and elevated guest experiences.
Vikram Bhatwani – (Co-Founder)
Group CFO & Business Head (Cafe) Vita Nova Group and Gimme Mo! in India. Leadership Roles in Massive Restaurants, Biryani By Kilo, Get-a-Way and Magicpin. Vikram is qualified Chartered Accountant and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad
